Synergy 4.9.1, 4.9.2, and 4.9.3 Releases

Project Status changes. When changing the sub project status you can use the window to save multiple changes. Select sub projects and a status, and use the 'Save' button. This clears all selected sub projects, so you can then select a new set of sub projects and a status option before using the 'save and close' button.

Transmittal Contacts. When creating a new transmittal only contacts which are 'active' on the project contacts tab can be selected. This makes sure that personnel that have left the project team are not sent new transmittals in the future.

Phases and Sorting. Filters have been added to the sorting window to show only sub projects at 'Proposal and Active' status by default. Change the filter to 'All' to see Sub Projects (or the related phase groups) with another status option applied.

Budget filters. Filters have been added to the Project Budget tab to let you change the view to see only 'Proposal and Active' status sub project budget lines. These are the budget items that can be amended or followed up with the team.

Project List > Optional columns. Add the optional column for 'specific rates' to your project list. This lets you see at a glance which projects have special 'specific rates' pricing entered on the project, or against a sub project.

Sub Project tab > Optional columns. Add the optional column 'specific rates' to the sub project tab. This allows you to check which sub project(s) have specific rates entered to provide the sub project(s) with special pricing.

Word 2007 or prior and DOCX templates. The new document template engine uses DOCX format files, which is not supported in Word 2007 (or earlier versions). Read the solution to this FAQ, to see how to continue to create Synergy document templates.

Word shows an error each time it opens. After installing a new product on your computer an error is shown each time you start Word. This occurs when you open the document from Synergy or from File Explorer. See here for the solution to this FAQ.
