Transmittal Audit

The following changes to a transmittal are tracked within the Project Audit:

1. Transmittal Status changes - When the transmittal is changed to be Submitted, Approved, Declined, or Sent status.
2. Package file creation - When the ZIP package file for the transmittal was created, and what the file name of the package file is.
3. Edits - Once the transmittal has been Approved, all changes to the transmittal are tracked in the audit. Changes to the all fields on the General, Drawings, Contacts, and Staff tabs are tracked in the audit.
4. Declined Reasons - If a transmittal was declined a reason is entered by the manager. This reason is stored in the Project Audit, even if no longer shown on the transmittal screen.
5. External Reference - The external reference number entered when sending the transmittal is tracked in the audit. If the transmittal is sent multiple times, then a history of all the external reference number used for sending the transmittals is stored in the audit.
6. Transmittal Document Template NEW 4.9.1 - Changes to a transmittal document template are tracked in the project audit. This allows a transmittal at 'Approved' or 'Sent' status to be re-printed using a new transmittal document template.

Right mouse click anywhere in the Audit Trail window and you can select to:

• Export to MS Excel®.
• Or Export to Report.

Use the exported data to investigate who made the changes to the Transmittal and the Synergy Project. The exported data displays the full details of the changes made, that may not have fitted on the Audit Trail window.

1. DateThe date the change was made. If the audit is exported to MS Excel®, then the time the change was made can been read within the Date column. Click on a cell in the date column and the date and time is shown in the MS Excel® formula toolbar.
2. UserThe staff name that made the change.
3. Changes - A description of each change that was made. More audit details are available than shown on the screen if the '...' is shown in the changes cell. Hover the mouse over the cell to view a mouse over pop-up with the full audit details. Or export the Project Audit to MS Excel® and the entire message can be seen within the MS Excel® workbook.
