The drawing register audit contains the audit details and version history for the attached files in the tabs:

See what versions of the linked file are available for use on Transmittal Summary Documents, or check who made changes to the drawing register row.
The versions displayed are available for use on a Transmittal Summary Document that would be sent to the Project Contacts. Document versions are displayed here after the create a transmittal version feature has been used to select which of the revisions of the file are suitable to be sent out to the client.
Tip: Learn how to create a transmittal version.
If a version of the document should not have been approve for use on a transmittal summary document, then delete the version from the list.
Tip: The version cannot be deleted if it is linked to a transmittal.
An image is shown in the first column to show which area of the document library this file resides within.
Use these details to check that you have approved the correct version of the file for use on the transmittal summary document.

The audit tab tracks the details for each drawing registry row. Which user made the change and the date and time is tracked for each of the types of changes. What is tracked:
