Synergy System Requirements

This topic outlines the system requirements for the hardware and software required to run Synergy Practice Management.

SQL Database Server > Hardware Requirements

Recommendations are for the runtime SQL configuration required to support Total Synergy practice management only. If located on a shared server, the Total Synergy recommendations must be reviewed in conjunction with the requirements of the other systems and applications running on the server.

SQL Database Server > Synergy Software Requirements

Please note that in the Standard edition > the Configuration does not allow for additional services such as Reporting services or Web services.

Network Requirements

Where Synergy is installed on multiple computers, each will connect to a database using SQL2012 which is installed on the SQL Database server/computer. Recommendations are for a basic network required to support the Total Synergy Practice Management Suite of products only.

Desktop or Laptop > Hardware Requirements

Recommendations represent a minimal configuration required to support the Total Synergy Practice Management Suite of products only.

Desktop or Laptop > Synergy Software and Integration Requirements

To take full advantage of integration features offered in Total Synergy, the following third party applications are recommended.
Synergy is compatible with running on 32 or 64 bit PCs. The version of Office can also be running at 32 or 64 bit.
