View TopicsWhen MS Word® opens a file created from Synergy, or a blank MS Word® document is opened an error is shown. This error reads something like: 'Microsoft VisualBasic - The macros in this project are disabled.'
In most cases when you cancel the error message you can still use MS Word® as normal.
The problem relates to another third party add-in for MS Word®. Third part add-ins can be see when MS Word® is open in File > Options > Add-ins.
In the case of the error above, this was caused by the 'template' files being installed as part of the MYOB V19 Classic product install. The MYOB template files (in this case) were not working as expected with MS Word® 2013. This resulted in the error message being shown each time any document was opened. The same error was shown when opening word from in file explorer, or from within Synergy.
