Synergy 4.8.8 and 4.8.9 Releases

Drawings Copy - Duplicate row. Use the duplicate drawing feature in the drawing register to copy a drawing from one sub project to another and change the drawing prefix. A new drawing version can be created during this duplicate drawing process too. |

Drawing Register. The drawing title is no longer required to be unique. The default list filter applied is now 'Active' to show all the files that can currently be sent out on a transmittal. The drawing note can be updated during the life of the file to include internal notes about the progress of the drawing creation. The drawing prefix drop down list now show the prefix description setup in Default Data. |

Drawing Register - Broken Links. Use the new filter to locate all the drawing rows where the link to the project file has been broken. Update the broken link when the previous file was deleted or moved within the project folder. |

Transmittal - File Size. View the file size of each version on the drawings tab, and the file size of the approved transmittal on the general tab of the transmittal. Use this information to know if the included files can be sent to the project contacts via email. |
