Drawings Copy - Duplicate row. Use the duplicate drawing feature in the drawing register to copy a drawing from one sub project to another and change the drawing prefix. A new drawing version can be created during this duplicate drawing process too.

Drawing Register. The drawing title is no longer required to be unique. The default list filter applied is now 'Active' to show all the files that can currently be sent out on a transmittal. The drawing note can be updated during the life of the file to include internal notes about the progress of the drawing creation. The drawing prefix drop down list now show the prefix description setup in Default Data.

Drawing Register - Broken Links. Use the new filter to locate all the drawing rows where the link to the project file has been broken. Update the broken link when the previous file was deleted or moved within the project folder.

Transmittal - File Size. View the file size of each version on the drawings tab, and the file size of the approved transmittal on the general tab of the transmittal. Use this information to know if the included files can be sent to the project contacts via email.

Transmittal Package - File Name Options. Customise the drawing file name format used in the transmittal zip package. A list of the available bookmarks for the custom file name are listed in this topic.

Pre-Billing FAQ - Transactions attached to wrong invoice. The FAQ topic has been updated to describe how to remove transactions from an invoice in the re-worked pre-billing module for the 4.8.9 release.

Pre-Billing FAQ - Transaction Profitability. The FAQ topic has been updated to explain how to adjust the profitability of a staff members transactions that are attached to an invoice using Pre-Billing in the 4.8.9 release.

Pre-Billing FAQ - Upfront invoicing. Learn how to create an up-front invoice for percentage of the project fee. The instructions are outlined for each sub project fee type.

Pre-Billing FAQ - Upfront invoice reports. Learn how to run reports that show the invoiced value for a period, that shows the project revenue and the transaction revenue. The transaction reports include the pre-billing placeholder transactions.

Project Win Loss Management Report. Use the project win loss report to view either the number of projects won/lost/created in each month, or the sub project fee value when the project status was changed to be won/lost/created.

Upgrade Synergy Instructions. The instructions to upgrade Synergy have been updated to include the new style upgrade download process that was added in the 4.8.8 release.

Project Budget $0 checklist items. Add items to your project or sub project budgets that have a $0 budget value. These items can be used to create a checklist.

Refresh the Project budget values. Update the project budget to use the specific rates added at a project or sub project level. This makes your budget values reflect the planned invoice value for the work.

Project Audit > Rates. Changes to the rates (system and specific) are now tracked in the Project Audit when WIP values for the project were updated.

Project Audit > Pre-Billing. The Project Audit tracks all changes to transactions in pre-billing such as when transactions are added, removed or modified for an invoice.

Phases groupings in the work breakdown. Phases groupings are shown in the work breakdown tab in all the available views. The total budget value for the phase is shown in the budget view.

Work Breakdown > Edit Phases & Sub Project Sorting. Use the 'Phases & Sorting' button in the work breakdown tab to update the phases or sub project structure whilst building your project budget.

Sub Projects tab > Enable phases and sort Sub Projects sorting. Use the Phases & Sorting button to re-order the sub projects using drag and drop, and add/update the phase grouping for your project.

Work Breakdown > % complete. The % complete entry is available in all the work breakdown views. Enter the % complete for each work breakdown item, and the orange bar can then show you at a glance the overall progress for each sub project.

Invoice > Invoice layout. When creating an invoice for a project with phases, it is now possible to include sub projects with varied fee types in the same phase group. When this occurs the invoice MS Word® output uses the 'Mixed Phase' section in the invoice fee detail table.
