This report displays an overview of how many projects are Created, Won and Lost in each month. Choose if the data shown is the number of projects won or lost, or the dollar value from the sub project fees shown in the month the project is won or lost.
The Created date is when the project is first created in Synergy, with any project status applied. The Won date is when the status of the project is first changed to Active status, and the Lost date is when the project is first changed to Unsuccessful status. The last 12 months are shown in the graph by default, to allow you to monitor trends over an entire year.
Add the 'Project Win Loss plugin' to the My Synergy dashboard to see the details as you login to Synergy. Double click on the plugin to open the Management report.

View the number of projects won in each month.
The Project Win Loss Report displays the following data:
The report opens with all the filters selected. The graph and data tab are interactive, and they will automatically update as the filters are changed. To learn more about how to apply filters and other management report basics, please review the Management Reports overview topic.
View in the graph below that in March 2014, a higher than normal number of projects were converted to 'Active' status. This shows as a large number of projects marked as 'Won' for this month. In Jan 2014 there was a higher than normal amount of projects 'Created', which may have resulted in the higher number of projects Won in March 2014.
Toggle which months are shown in the graph view using the From and To date calendar selection options, or choose if you are looking at the number of projects won or lost for the period or the revenue $$ view.
