Draft invoices restrictions. Learn about the impact of draft invoices in Synergy, and what data is locked until the draft invoice is finalised.

Sub Project Sorting New strike-out styling for completed or unsuccessful sub projects in the sorting and phase grouping window. Updated to include an explanation of this feature.

Delete a cancelled invoice. Learn how System Administrators can delete a cancelled invoice to remove it from Synergy if it was created in error. This option should only be used if the invoice has not been sent out, or transferred to your accounting system.

Project Audit. Tracking of deleted invoices at cancelled status is now tracked in the project audit.

Undo a Credit Note. Learn how to undo a credit note in Synergy, and use the new date field to set which period the undo credit note entry will appear in your financial reports.

Project Copy. Use project copy to copy an existing project to create a new record. Review how to use this feature to copy the phase groupings, or linked sub project custom tasks and budget lines.
