Tips:
Financial filters are available for use in Project, Sub Project and Transaction level reports. These filters allow you to search your report data for financial values that fall within a selected revenue value range, or where the value greater than, less than, equal to a chosen value. Financial filters can also been used to compare two different financial field values. For example compare all transactions where the chargeable value is greater than the invoiced value, to locate the items that were marked down on invoices.
Filters can be applied for financial values like budgets, fees, invoiced value, charge value, costs, and profitability. Different financial filters are available in each report type, to reflect what sort of revenue information is available at each of the report levels - Project, Sub Project, Transaction report levels.
When running reports for projects that display WIP or residual budget values apply a financial filter to restrict reports to show only items that are within a revenue range, or greater/less than a entered value.
The financial filters are shown in the report > filters panel. They are shown for any Project, Sub Project, or Transaction type report. The filters can be found by opening Reports, then selecting the edit button in the toolbar. On the filters panel that opens the financial filters are shown in their own group at the end of the list.
