What do all the symbols means on the timesheet screen?

Unable to resolve a declined timesheet

Can't edit a timesheet (using approvals)

Can't edit a timesheet (not using approvals)

Project doesn't appear in the default list

Project doesn't appear in the list when I select (Show All)

Sub project doesn't appear in the list when I select (Show All)

Unallocated costs sub project appears, though I don't want it

Staff rate doesn't appear in the drop down list
