Sub Project is not available in list when selecting (Show all) 

Solution 1 - Check Sub Project status

  1. Check the Sub Project status is Proposal or Active.

Solution 2 - Check Sub Project Team

  1. Open the Project.
  2. Open the Project Plan > Sub Project.
  3. Select Team tab.
  4. Add the user to the list of staff.
