aged debtors : 2 options available on reports and plugin

Aged Debtors (Due date)

Aging is at the due date of the Invoice. Invoices not yet outstanding appear as 'Current'.

Aged Debtors (Invoice date)

Aging is at the date of the Invoice.

By default both the Invoice Date and Due Date options for Aged Debtors will appear in the Alert plugin.

Turn one of them off

Tools System Settings Alerts then uncheck either Due Date or Invoice Date. Save.

Notes : set and view reminders

A reminder can be added to each Note type or even a Project, and when the reminder occurs, the Note will appear on the My Synergy dashboard.

Attribute Alerts

Date attributes can be used to store the commencement/completion dates of the project, as a reminder for staff reviews, or the expiry of sub contractor certificate of currency.

Now you can set an alert on the date attributes and will appear on the Alert plugin.
