Contracts List displays a list of all the contracts entered in Synergy. Use the Pinned feature to create a list of your favourite or most used Contracts.
Manage all the contract information in one centralised location which allows you to easily view the contract costs and current completion date, track progress claims, respond to an RFI's, and issue a contract instructions.
Click the New button in the toolbar to add a new Contract record. Learn more about creating contracts in the new contract step by step guide.
Use the 'Pin this Contact' button in the toolbar to create a list of your favourite or most used Contracts.
Mark the contract as Pinned by:
Tip: Want to start Contracts List to only show your favourite Pinned contracts? Apply the 'Pinned' filter to the list, and then right mouse click and select 'Set this view as the default'. This will then always start this list with the Pinned filter applied.
When the contract has been completed you may require to remove it from your Pinned contracts list. The Pinned contracts list contains a list of your favourite contracts. Remove a contract from your Pinned list by:
Use the Contract Summary button in the toolbar to view a quick summary of the details of this contract. Learn more about the Contract Summary.
The contract summary is used to get a quick snapshot of the overall contract progress, and view a summary of the Practical completion date, Contract Sum, Progress Claims, Contract Security, and Liquidated damages and amounts owning details.
Use the Contract Folder button in the toolbar to open Windows Explorer to the Contract documents folder. This is the location specified on the General tab of the Contract. Browse the files that have been saved for this Contract using Windows Explorer.

Update the overall contract status, and update the contract breakdown items status using the 'Change the contract status' button in the toolbar. Learn more about the contract status options.
Type a keyword into the search contracts box in the toolbar, and click the button to run the search. Or press the enter key to start the search.
Contracts List will be updated to only show the contracts that match your keyword.
Tip: Use the Search List Filter to perform an advanced search in for Contracts.
The filter is located in the top right corner of the list. Select one of the following list filter options:
Tip: Choose your default list filter to be used each time you start this list. Apply the filter to the list, then right mouse click and choose 'Set this view as the default'.
Export the data from the list in either MS Excel® format or using Synergy reports. Use the Synergy report option if you want to create a PDF file with the list data, or email the list data to a Synergy staff member or contact.
