Contract Directory

Synergy will automatically create a contract directory on the server, with sub folders in which documents such as drawings, letters and emails can be saved.

Tips:

Use the contract or project directory

Because you will be creating projects and contract within Synergy, you can decide whether or not the contract should point directly to the contract directory or the project directory. Select the option you require. All correspondence will attempt an autosave to the default directory as created by Synergy.

Use a different contract directory

This will allow managers to set the contract within the Synergy database to point to a contract directory NOT located within the Contract Directory on the file server.
