The MS Word® invoice documents are saved in the Synergy\Invoices directory. The PDF is saved to this location too. Learn more about the Location of the Invoices directory.
If no email templates exist, then the subject line of the email will contain the Project number followed by the Project Title (not reference name). There is an option to include the Invoice number in System Controls. Learn more about invoice system settings.
If you have setup email templates then these will overwrite the subject line of the email setting chosen in system settings. Email templates can be used to create the subject and body of the email message. Contact, Personnel, Project, Sub Project, and Invoice type email templates are available in the invoicing wizard.
