Click an email address for a contact or staff member in a list or tab view, and use the email wizard to create the content of the email message using the email template to create the subject and body of the email message. NEW 4.8.7
The email wizard allows you to create an email message from Synergy, and address the email to the Synergy contacts. When creating the email message you can select if you will use an email template, that will automatically create the email message body and subject line using the email template settings. If using Synergy Document Management module you can file the new email message back to the Project folder using the Outlook plugin. (* Synergy Enterprise clients only)
Quickly create a new email message to be sent via MS Outlook®, which contains the default text, email subject line, text formatting, and Synergy bookmark data as defined in the email template.
Send email wizard is available through Synergy in features like Projects, Contacts, Personnel, and Reports. Expand the groupings below to find out which functions have the send email feature included.
Create a new email message from within Synergy to send a message to contacts, personnel or internal staff members. Use the Synergy HTML email templates to generate the subject line and body of the email for commonly completed tasks. When creating an email from within the Documents tabs the highlighted file will be included on the email as an attachment.
Tip: The email wizard is can also be used when sending a Transmittal, emailing a PDF copy of a report, and emailing a PDF copy of an invoice. Review these topics for detailed instructions.
