Data tables Proposals

Adding a Fee Detail Table to a Proposal template, will allow you to format the data shown for each fee type: fixed fee, percent hourly rate and capped rates fee type sub projects.  Also add the budget details for each sub project to your proposal document. Proposal Data Tables

There are several types of tables that can be added to your Proposal document template. Each data table, and data table section has different bookmarks available for you to add to your document template.  Here we outline the purpose of each type, and how to add them to your document template.

Tables formatting

Data tables formatting needs to be done within Synergy prior to the export. This means in the data table you need to add in you column headings, footers, and totals where relevant.

HeaderClosedUse the Header section is used to add column titles to the table, and formatted text to be a bold or underlined heading.

Footer ClosedUse the footer section to add a count of the number of items displayed.

Totals ClosedThe Totals section is used to add Grand totals for the Proposal $ value.
