There are several types of tables that can be added to your Proposal document template. Each data table, and data table section has different bookmarks available for you to add to your document template. Here we outline the purpose of each type, and how to add them to your document template.
Data tables formatting needs to be done within Synergy prior to the export. This means in the data table you need to add in you column headings, footers, and totals where relevant.
Display a list of Sub Project and their related Budget or Fees, and a break down of hourly rates to be used on the Proposal. This data table is the MOST COMMONLY added to Proposal document templates. You can enter all your Sub Projects into the one Proposal document. The data table allows different bookmarks to be added for each Sub Project Fee type. The Synergy data table only populates each section of the table within the document created, if the fee type is used on a Sub Project.
