What is Synergy Cloud Services?

Synergy Cloud Services give Synergy Enterprise clients the opportunity to store and protect their business data in the Cloud so they can access it quickly, wherever they are – meetings, on site or at home. Data is automatically synchronised in real-time between the Cloud and their Synergy database. The range of Synergy Cloud Services will grow and change over time. The features currently include:

  1. Disaster Recovery ServiceClosedReplicates Synergy databases securely in the Cloud to help protect critical business data from fire, flood, robbery or service failure.
  2. Web & Mobile ApplicationsClosedAbility to enter timesheets and expenses and look up projects and contacts online from any computer, tablet or smart phone with a web browser.
  3. AccountsClosedPay any outstanding invoices for your Total Synergy products and services, or change the billing cycle.
  4. SupportClosedWatch training videos, download installation files or training manuals, and use the helpdesk log a request for assistance from the Total Synergy Support team.
