Support Options

Search the Help Files

Click the button in the top toolbar to open the help files, and use the 'Search' box to look up a keyword in the help files. Or look up a topic in the table of contents. The table of contents will be shown on the left side of the screen. If on a tablet or mobile device click the expanding menu button in the top left corner to open this menu. Learn more about using the help files.

Closed Phone support

Call us on 61 2 8197 9000 between 8.30 AM and 5 PM AEST.

Closed Email support

Send an email query to support@totalsynergy.com.au

Remote Support

If you need assistance with Synergy we can connect to view your PC,  using a product called Team Viewer.

When this is required the Support staff at Total Synergy will ask you to visit https://get.teamviewer.com/totalsynergy to start a remote support session.
