The support dashboard is shown after clicking the expanding menu button in the top toolbar , and then select Support. This opens the Support Dashboard by default. When the support area is already open, select the Dashboard button
in the top toolbar to return this area.
The Support Dashboard displays a summary of the most recently updated:
Use the Support Dashboard to get quick access to adding a new helpdesk call by clicking the button in the top toolbar. Learn more about how to use Synergy Practice Management by watching the training videos, by clicking the video image on the right. Or get a copy of the most training documents and installation files by clicking the 'Download' button.
View the three most recent helpdesk calls which have been updated for your company, watch the most recent training videos, or view the most recent download files available for Synergy Practice Management.
Tip: Click the Total Synergy logo in the blue toolbar to return to the Home page to select which area you are using within Synergy Cloud Services.
