Helpdesk List

To open the Helpdesk List click the expand menu button in the top toolbar , and then select Support. Next click the Helpdesk button in the Support toolbar.

What is Helpdesk List?

Helpdesk List displays all open helpdesk calls logged by your company. Use the list to add new helpdesk calls for assistance with using Synergy Practice Management. Use the list views to refine the list to display all calls, recently updated calls, or all calls that you created in the helpdesk. The search and sorting functionality lets you easily find the helpdesk call you are looking for, to add further details.

Why use Helpdesk List?

View existing helpdesk calls raised by your company, or add a new call to request assistance from the Total Synergy Support Team.
