Tips:
Budget Templates are created to store the common budget items and drawings required to complete a certain project task. Copy the template into the Project Budget Tab, and the Project Drawing Register Tab.
Quickly create the Project Budget and Drawing Register by copying the details from the Budget Template to the Project.
Setup which rates are required to be in the project for this type of budget template. Define the number of units for each rate entry. Or leave the number of units to the default value of 1, and then update the number of units to the correct value in the Project Budget Tab.

Setup which drawings or documents are required to be created for this type of budget template. The drawings entered in the budget template can be copied to the Project Drawing Register.

The list filter is located in the top toolbar. Use the filter to change which budget templates are shown. The following list filters are available:
A budget template can be made inactive to stop it from appearing in drop down list in Synergy.
