Document links

Click Browse and locate any file type anywhere. Select Open. Allows you to attach any type of document or file, e.g. email, MS Word® document, pdf. Double click the file name to open, once attached.   

Available in Contract Administration.  Opens the Contract directory, simply locate a file within the sub folders. Read more on linking your contract to a folder directory. 

Browse to a website and copy the URL then paste it into the web site field. Add a title description for the link and Save. 

Templates available for the area you are attaching Document links will display. For example if you're attaching Document links to a Note, then Note template types will be available to select. If you have not registered a template with this type, the template can be  downloaded.For example if you're attaching Document links to a Contract Notice, then specific Contract Notices template types will be available to select. If you have not registered a template with this type, the template can be  .     

1. Select Template .
2. Select a MS Word® template.
3. Set the Save Mode, File name and Directory.
4. Create.

Click the sort button . Select an item and then choose one of the sorting options. Either up or down, direct to the top or bottom or sort alphabetically either ascending or descending .  

Click the delete button to remove a link from. This won't delete the originating link or file.
