There are a number of ways to create different types of correspondence through Synergy. This method is generating a MS Word® document via Document Links.
Tip: Templates can be downloaded if they are not setup.
Document links can be attached to the following areas in Synergy:
|
Contract Notices |
Contract > Notices tab > Open Notice |
|
Notes |
> Notes > Open Note > select Document links tab |
Once this is done a MS Word® document can be generated and therefore attached to the item as a Document Link:
Available MS Word® templates
Templates available for the area you are attaching Document links will display. For example if you're attaching Document links to a Note, then Note template types will be available to select. If you have not registered a template with this type, the template can be downloaded.
