Expenses (Office items)
Capture the production of internal expenses. This type of data
entry aims to replace any drawing register that may be in place to capture
print outs created on a daily basis.
Tips:
- All staff can enter Office
expenses.
- Office expenses can also be entered via
the project.
Enter
an office expense
- Click New
. Select a Project.
- Select a Sub Project.
- Select the Rate.
- Enter # Units i.e. 15 drawings.
- Save and Close.
