Timesheets

Office sub projects. The <Office> sub projects that are set as 'not active' are not shown for timesheet entry. Only the active valid office sub projects are shown in the cloud app.

Timesheets

Pending invoice status. If the project or sub project is set to 'pending invoice' status, the items is not shown in drop down lists for timesheet or expense entry in the cloud app. Only active and proposal status projects or sub projects allow transactions to be entered.

Timesheets

Unable to edit <Office> transactions. An update has been applied to allow edit or delete of transactions entered for the <Office> project in timesheets or expenses. The edit or delete is allowed if the transaction is not at invoiced status, or awaiting approval status.

Timesheets

Overtime rates. The process to add timesheets using an overtime rate, and submit the timesheet to the manager for approval has been updated.

Timesheets

Adding expenses. When entering a second Cash or Travel expense using the 'save and add another' button, the second entry will populate the 'expense type' drop down list as expected.

Support

Edit support call. The times shown in the note section of the helpdesk call display for the logged in users timezone (i.e. Sydney or Brisbane time), and are not shown in GMT time.

Accounts

Address changes. Updates to your company address details are allowed in the Accounts area. Change the address we have on file for your company after an office move.

Profile

Delete profile. A user profile always has the delete option available, both before and after the email verification process.

Projects

My Projects. The Details tab of the project includes a button to add/remove a project from your My Projects list. Updating your list in the cloud app will automatically update the list in the desktop application.

Timesheets

Locked date ranges. Time or expense entry is not supported in a 'locked' date range in the desktop application. In addition you cannot amend a time or expense transaction in a locked period. The lock date is configured in the Time and Expense setting in System Settings by your System Administrator.

Timesheets

Overtime rates. A timesheet entered in the cloud app as overtime will be correctly shown with the overtime Y/N indicator in the Project > Time and Expenses tab in the desktop application.

Timesheets

Custom and Inactive tasks. The tasks drop down for timesheet entry only shows tasks that are 'active' for the sub project in the desktop application. Default timesheet tasks and custom tasks which are active for the sub project are shown in this drop down list.

Timesheets

Recent Projects List. When adding a new timesheet or expense the project history is available to allow you quickly add the same timesheet or expense again. This list is being re-built with all newly entered records in the cloud app and the history data shows for the next timesheet entry instead of after the next cloud sync on the server.

Add a new record. Adding new timesheets has been made easier by adding an 'add' button into a blank day selected from the calendar, and the ability to double click a date in the calendar to add a new entry.
