Synergy OData Reports

Open the App area in Synergy Cloud Services > select the menu button

in the top toolbar > select the 'Reports' option.

Tips:

This feature can be used by staff with 'Director' or 'System Administrator' access (as setup by your Synergy Administrator in the desktop application).
Your company must be sync-ing their database to Synergy Cloud Services to be able to use this feature.
Excel 2010 or higher is required to be able to open the created Excel file in xlsx format.

What is the Synergy OData Connection?

Interface for importing Synergy data into BI reporting tools like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and more. The OData interface lets you export many tables of Synergy data, and quickly refresh the data from your Synergy Cloud Services database.
