Contact Personnel Tab

To send an email to a personnel:

1. Locate the Personnel in the list which you want to send an email to.
2. In the 'Email' column click the email address for the personnel.
3. A new email message will open in your default email client, with personnel email address shown in the 'To:' field.

Click person using the 'name' column to open that personnel record and read the details or attributes details.

The personnel tab of the contact has extra filter options available to change which personnel are shown. The default filter is 'active' as these are the personnel records that can still be used in the future in Synergy. The filter options are:

1. AllBoth active and inactive personnel are shown.
2. ActiveOnly personnel marked as active are shown.
3. InactiveOnly personnel marked as inactive are shown. These personnel records cannot be assigned to future projects in the desktop application.

2. EmailThe email address for the personnel is displayed. Click the email address to send a new email message to the personnel using your default email client.
3. PhoneThe phone number for the personnel is displayed.
4. MobileThe mobile phone or cell number entered for the personnel record.
