I’ve been asked to create a credit and send a credit note to the client? How do I create a credit note and then print it?
First make sure that you have a credit note document template in Synergy. Sample credit notes are available in the online document library, or you can copy an existing invoice template to create a credit note template.
Option 1: Download sample credit note templates by:

Option 2: Copying an existing invoice template to create a credit note template.
Select your companies existing invoice template, and copy it to be a credit note. After the copy is complete you will need to change the 'invoice value' bookmarks in the template to be the 'credit value' bookmarks. A credit note document can be printed from the Project > Invoices tab or using Invoice Maintenance List. Advanced details on printing credit notes topic.
Print a credit note from within the Project by:
