Drawing Templates allow you to define common drawings that are created for Projects, which can be selected and copied into the Project Drawing Register.

Drawing Templates are used to store a list of drawings and documents that are frequently required for a Project. Quickly setup the Drawing Register for a new Project by selecting which of the drawing template rows are required. The Drawing Template rows can be amended if required, after copying the rows into the Project Drawing Register.
Create a list of commonly created project drawings or documents,which can be copied into the Project Drawing Register.
Rows are added to the drawing template for commonly created drawings or documents. The rows added here can be copied to any Project or Sub Project. The details entered in the template can be amended after they are copied into the drawing register.
Any row can be edited to update any of the columns to have new details. I.e. Type a new Drawing Title, or select a new File Type.
The changes made will appear in the Copy rows from Drawing Templates feature for the Project Drawing Register. The changes will not update any existing rows already copied into the Project Drawing Register.
Remove any unsaved changes to drawing template rows by pressing the Undo button in the toolbar.
Or you can press the refresh button in the toolbar, and the list will also update to show all the latest saved data.
Remove a template row to make it not available to be copied into to the Project Drawing Register.
Change a row to be inactive, to keep the history of the row but stop it from being available to copy into the Project Drawing Register.
Use the filter located in the top right corner of the toolbar to change what drawing template rows are shown in the list. The available options are:
