Proposal success factors

Synergy has a module called Project Forecast.  The sub project fee is spread over the next 12 months to propose potential billing patterns, timing and value.  The same process can be done against sub projects with a proposal status.

Creating success factors

  1. Click into the white area under the Success factor % column heading .
  2. Type a value for your success factor.
  3. Type a description for the success factor.
  4. Save.

Tip: If you use MS Excel® to propose project fees, ideally Synergy project forecast will replace this.  Your project managers would generally have a "gut" feel for the probability of winning a project - this process is storing the probability in a system that can then be reported on.
