Contract Defect Status

As Defects are created they will take on a status of Pending repair and then Repaired. Create new status' to apply to defects entered in Synergy, see Defects.

Director

Administrator

System Administrator

Contract Admin > Contract Default Data > Defect Status

Tip: Not seeing the Contract Administration module? Contact Total Synergy Support to request this to be added to your Synergy licence.

New defect status

  1. Click New .
  2. Type a new defect status.
  3. Enter further details in the Details column.
  4. Save.
