Register Contract Defects

The Defects module is used to maintain a register of all defects that have occurred on the Contract.  Each Defect created is assigned an automatically generated number.  A defect may have a monetary value assigned to it or not.

Tip: Not seeing the Contract Administration module? Contact Total Synergy Support to request this to be added to your Synergy licence.

New defect

Change the defect status

  1. Double click the defect you wish to update.
  2. Select a new status from the status drop down list.
  3. Save and Close.
