My Projects List

The My Project list makes navigating your Projects really fast.  Designed for all staff that work on Projects they can open a Project to obtain client details, create documents, review budget analysis, raise an invoice, the list goes on.

Tips:

  1. The Projectlist appears in your timesheets to make timesheet entry quick and effortless.
  2. Click the heading to sort by number, name, primary contact, Projectstatus or manager.
  3. Customise the columns viewed by right clicking.

Working with My Project list

The My Project list appears in your timesheets and is a great way of navigating Projectinfo quickly.  Use this screen to open the Projectdirectory for the Projectselected.

Add/Remove columns

You can add/remove columns by right clicking. Refer to the Customise View topic for more information. 

Quick add/remove Projects

Instead of selecting the Project and clicking the button to add or remove - there is a short cut key that can be used instead:

Update my project list in bulk

There is not only a way to manually remove projects from your list one by one, you can also set preferences to do this on bulk.
