Customise the columns shown in the list

Create your own list layout, by adding and removing columns, and define your default list layout.

Add Optional Columns

Within a list and selected tab list views you can customise what information is shown, by adding Optional Columns. This feature allows you to add or remove extra columns of information to the list. Use this feature to ensure that all the information you need is shown in the list before you export to a report orMS Excel®, or for quick on screen reporting.

Define the default list view

Choose which list filter is applied by default when you open the function. NEW 4.8

A default layout is a great way to get the list to open in your most commonly used view. This feature is available within Projects List, Contacts List, Personnel List, and Invoice Maintenance List.
