Instead of running a Synergy report, you can export the information shown within the list directly to MS Excel®. The export will match the data shown on screen (including filters or sorting applied). The export displays all the information for the columns displayed in the list, and includes the column headings. This option can be found via a right mouse click in any list (i.e. Projects, Contacts, Invoice Maintenance etc), or in many of the tab list views (i.e. Project Contacts, Project Time and Expenses etc).

Use the Export to Report option to run a Synergy report without using the report manager. This option will export an exact match of the data shown within the list view (including filters or sorting applied). The export will display all the columns of information shown on screen, and includes column headings. This option can be found via a right mouse click within any list (i.e. Project, Contacts, Invoice Maintenance etc), and within most of the tab list views (i.e. Contact Personnel, Project Time and Expenses etc).
Save the report information shown asMS Word®, MS Excel® or as a PDF file. To save the report:
Email the report to internal staff or a Synergy contact from within the report. To email the report:
Tip: Want to select the email recipients in MS Outlook® instead? Simply click Finish on the email wizard, and the email will be created with the report attached and no recipients added. This allows you to select the recipients from your MS Outlook® Contact address book.
