Create a Final Certificate

Create the final certificate detailing contract sum, security amounts withheld and released and set-off monies. The final certificate can only be created once the contact status is Final Completion.

Tip: Not seeing the Contract Administration module? Contact Total Synergy Support to request this to be added to your Synergy licence.

Final Certificate

ClosedComplete the following steps
  1. Set the status of the Contract to Final Completion.
  2. Select Final Certificate.
  3. Select a Layout.
  4. Select date of issue.
  5. Fill in available fields, where appropriate.
  6. Select Template .
  7. Select the document template to use.
  8. Finish.

Layouts

ClosedLayout 1

This layout complies with the 2002 ABIC Contracts. The document template can be formatted in such a way to ensure the fields on this layout, appear in the appropriates places.

ClosedLayout 2

This layout complies with the 2008 ABIC Contracts.
