Learn how to use each of the settings that control how Invoices, Credit Notes, and Payments are sent to Xero when running the Synergy Xero Connect sync. NEW 4.8.5

What are Xero Invoice and Payment Settings?

Xero Connect will transfer any Invoices, Credit Notes, and Payments from Synergy to Xero. The credit notes include a credit for any cancelled invoices in Synergy. Payments entered in Xero can also be imported to Synergy.

Use the Xero Connect Invoice Settings to select which Xero Account Code, Inventory Item, and Item Description will be shown for each row of the invoice or credit note transferred from Synergy. Use the reference setting to display on the invoice/credit the Project Client Reference Number, Project Number, or the Invoice Note Text.

Use the invoice filter options to control if all available invoice and credit notes will be sent in the sync, or if only invoices for a certain project manager or office location will be included in this Xero Connect sync run.
