Version 4.6.3 - What's new in this release

A new report has been added: Owing invoices showing debtor notes. Lists all invoices that are Owing and Overdue - whether there is a note or note. It also means that if an Invoice has more than one Debtor Note attached, the Invoice details will no longer be duplicated on the report. >> Example

Columns have been added to reports for Percent of Project fee type Sub Projects: Total Contract Value and % Claim on Contract. >> Read more 

Contract summary document template now displays the guarantee amount based on the inclusion of tax.

Users can no longer edit the text on a note created by another user. Also, the note is left 'open' so that the text can be highlighted and copied by other users. 

Attributes are now available in the list of bookmarks when creating or editing a document template.

Editing the start and end times of a saved timesheet entry will no longer reset the start time. >> Read more

After highlighting a document template, pressing Enter on the keyboard now activates the Create button when generating an invoice as a word document.

Generating an invoice as a PDF from all areas now displays the subject line as per System Settings>> read more on Generating Invoice as PDF

An error will no longer occur when the date attribute filters 'IS SET' OR 'IS NOT SET' have been applied to a report.

Forward dated invoices no longer appear on Reports or Aged Debtor alerts.

If a user attempts to close Synergy mid way through adding a timesheet, a message will prompt they need to save the timesheet first.

Aged Debtor Alert and Aged Debtor Graph plugin period terms are now consistent, both are now displayed as 0-30 days >> read more on customising My Synergy

Project Team members assigned to 'All' Sub Projects are now displayed within the Sub Project as a list, for display purposes only. If a member's access needs to be changed, this would be done at the Project level >> read more on Project Teams

Upon receiving a Reminder for a Debtor Note, you can now open the invoice from the Reminder. There is a link 'Open Invoice' that can be used to open the Synergy Invoice >> read more on Debtor Notes
