Contract Item Categories

Standard Contract Items can be created for use when specifying a contract breakdown. These items are then categorised allowing you to view the performance of each individual item grouped by category. See Contract Breakdown.

Getting Started

Who Can Use It?	Where Is It?
Project manager Director Administrator System Administrator	Contract Admin > Contract Default Data > Contract Item Categories

Tips:

Items cannot be deleted, instead make them inactive.
Not seeing the Contract Administration module? Contact Total Synergy Support to request this to be added to your Synergy licence.
