Total Synergy Support Options

Search the Help Files

Press the F1 key to open the Help Files when you are logged into Synergy.

Use the 'Search' box to look up a keyword in the help files, or look up a topic in the table of contents.

Contact Support

Use the following support options if you require assistance with using Synergy.

Phone support

Call us on 61 2 8197 9000 between 8.30 AM and 5 PM AEST.

Select option 4 and leave a message at the prompt with your name, company, contact number and a brief description of the issue.

Email support

Send an email query to support@totalsynergy.com.au

Remote Support

If you need assistance with Synergy we can connect to view your PC,  using a product called Team Viewer.

When this is required the Support staff at Total Synergy will ask you to visit https://get.teamviewer.com/totalsynergy and provide you with a code to enter.
