Quickbooks settings - Class

No Job Export  - MOST COMMON

The project number from Synergy will not be added to the invoice in QuickBooks (Reckon Accounts Premier).

Export Projects as Class

Allows the project number from Synergy to be inserted to the Class field within an Invoice in QuickBooks (Reckon Accounts Premier).

Export Cost Centres as Class

The cost centre attached to the sub project can be inserted to the Class field within an Invoice in QuickBooks (Reckon Accounts Premier) NOTE the cost centre name in Synergy must be 8 characters or less for this to Sync.

Open the Sub Project in Synergy and ensure the Cost Centre is correct. You can also attach Cost Centre's to the Sub Project Template to make things easier. 

Export Disciplines as Class

Each sub project has a discipline.  The discipline can be inserted to the job field within a sale in QuickBooks (Reckon Accounts Premier) NOTE the discipline name in Synergy must be 8 characters or less.

Open the Sub Project in Synergy and ensure the Discipline is correct. You can also attach Disciplines's to the Sub Project Template to make things easier. 

Tip: Class's in QuickBooks (Reckon Accounts Premier) can contain 24 alpha-numeric characters. Ensure the data you are using from Synergy is also the same length, e.g. the Attribute value must be under 24 characters or the sync may not work.
