Synergy Cloud Services give Synergy clients the opportunity to store and protect their Synergy data in the cloud so they can access it quickly through any online web browser – at meetings, on site or at home. Data is automatically synchronised between the cloud and the Synergy database in real-time.

All Total Synergy clients have access available to the Account and Support within Synergy Cloud Services. Staff access can be managed in the Accounts under Security.
The Disaster Recovery service and web and mobile applications are only available to Synergy Enterprise and Foundation clients. To sign-up clients simply need their system administrator to contact the Total Synergy Support Team and request an order form. Once completed and returned, our services team will help get you started.
Yes. Synergy Cloud Services are accessed through a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari. This requires an internet connection on a computer, tablet or smart phone.
Your system administrator needs to complete the following steps before you can use the Disaster Recovery services, and the web and mobile applications:
Note: Primary work email addresses are used by Total Synergy to validate identities of people attempting to login to Synergy Cloud Services. It is important the email addresses stored are accurate and unique to individuals eg. joe.citizen@mycompany.com NOT accounts@mycompany.com .
Initial access to Account and Support is granted to the two people listed on the Total Synergy contract. After you login to Synergy Cloud Services, go to Account to define which staff have access to these areas.
No. To access Synergy Cloud Services you need to login using a Microsoft (Windows Live ID), Google, or Yahoo account.
No. Total Synergy does not have access to your third-party account and we don't store your login details. The third-party sends Synergy a security token, this token is used for your account validation process to confirm your identity. Total Synergy does NOT have any access to the Microsoft (Windows Live ID), Google, or Yahoo accounts.
Synergy Cloud Services uses Microsoft Windows Azure to host your Synergy database. Microsoft has a number of secure and reliable data centres around the world.

The ‘Home’ window allows you to either verify your ‘primary work email address’ by clicking on a link in the email, or by entering the code shown in the email. To use this feature, locate your verification email, and copy and paste the code into the ‘Enter Code’ field.
