Open the Time and Expenses calendar view by selecting the Timesheet button in the top toolbar. Select the day in the calendar for which you want to edit the timesheets or expenses. This updated the right panel to show the items entered for that date, to display the options to edit or delete transactions.
The transaction status options are shown under each timesheet or expense entry. The available status options control if the details can be amended or deleted.

Update a timesheet entry is supported for both the 'Hours' and 'Notes' fields. To update the entry:
Tip: To amend other fields for a timesheet (other than Notes and Hours) you need to delete the timesheet and add it back again.
Changing or updating an existing timesheet entry is only currently supported for the 'Hours' and 'Notes' fields. If you need to amend other fields then you need to delete the timesheet and add it back again. To do this:

Update a expense entry is supported for the 'Total inc Tax' and 'Units' and 'Notes' fields. To update the entry:
Tip: To amend other fields in an expense you need to delete the expense and add it back again.
Change or update an existing cash or travel expense entry is only currently supported for the 'Total inc tax', 'Units' and 'Notes' fields. If you need to amend other fields then you need to delete the expense entry and add it back again. To do this:
Tip: The delete button is only shown if the expense is at a status that supports this action.
Tip: Amendments to timesheets or expenses are not allowed in a locked period in the desktop application. Locked periods are often set by your System Administrator at the end of a financial year or quarter, to stop people changing items in a period locked in your financial system.
