Project General Tab

Click the 'On map' button shown underneath the 'Site Address' and the address will be displayed in Google Maps. To click here learn more about the Synergy 'On map' feature.

At the top of the general tab use the blue button to either add or remove the open project from your My Projects List.

My Projects is list of your most used or favourite projects. In Synergy we use My Projects to make lists shorter by default, so that you initially only see the projects you most commonly work upon.

A project is automatically added to your 'my projects' list when you add a timesheet or expense record for the project in the cloud app.

1. Project #This is the unique reference number for this project.
2. Project TitleThis is an alternate title or name for the project.
3. Reference NameThis is a name for the project that can be viewed in Project List.
4. Scope of WorkThis is a note to describe an overview of the project work to be completed. Use the extend box arrow in the bottom left corner of the box to view more for the scope of works if a long description was entered in the desktop application.
5. 'My Project' Indicator If the open project is part of your My Projects list, then this indicator is shown. My Projects is a list of your favourite or most worked on projects, used in Synergy to make drop downs and lists shorter. Use the button in the top of the project to add/remove a project from your my projects list.
6. Client Reference #If the client has provided a reference number for this project to be used on documentation, that reference number will be displayed here.
7. ManagerThe internal Project Manager for the selected project is shown.
8. StatusThe current overall project status is shown.
9. Site AddressView the location for the project site using the following fields: Street address (Line 1 and Line 2), Suburb/Town, State, Post Code, and Country.
10. On MapClick the 'On Map' button to look up the project site address in 'Google Maps'.
