Project Contacts

Open a Project in the list view, and then select the 'Contacts' option from the tab menu in the top right corner of the Project record. Or in the project list view select the actions menu and choose the 'contacts' tab option.

What is the Project Contacts Tab?

The Project Contacts Tab displays a list of all the external parties that are involved with the project. The Active Project Contacts filter is applied by default to this tab. The contact details are used for creating documents, invoicing, and reporting.

Why use this Project Contacts Tab?

Get quick access to contact details whilst out of the office using your laptop, mobile, or tablet device.
