The Project Contacts Tab displays a list of all the external parties that are involved with the project. The Active Project Contacts filter is applied by default to this tab. The contact details are used for creating documents, invoicing, and reporting.
Get quick access to contact details whilst out of the office using your laptop, mobile, or tablet device.
Click the address shown in the 'Email' column to open a new email message in your email client.
Click on the Contact Name to open the Contact record and view the details.
Click on the Personnel Name shown to open the Personnel record and view the details.
The project contacts filter is shown in the top left corner. Contacts are marked as Active or Inactive for a Project within the Synergy desktop application. The active flag cannot be updated in the Synergy Cloud Application.
