Project Contacts

Click the address shown in the 'Email' column to open a new email message in your email client.

Click on the Contact Name to open the Contact record and view the details.

Click on the Personnel Name shown to open the Personnel record and view the details.

The project contacts filter is shown in the top left corner. Contacts are marked as Active or Inactive for a Project within the Synergy desktop application. The active flag cannot be updated in the Synergy Cloud Application.

Use the available filter options to alter what contacts are shown:

1. AllBoth active and inactive project contacts are displayed.
2. ActiveOnly contacts marked as Active on the project are displayed.
3. In ActiveOnly contacts marked as Inactive on the project are displayed.

Each row in the Project Contacts tab has an actions button shown on the far right. Click on the actions button to either:

1. Open the contact - This will open the contact record shown on that row of the project contacts tab.
2. Open the personnel - This will open the personnel record shown on that row of the project contacts tab.

1. CategoryThe type of contact, such as Client, Builder, Council, Architect etc.
2. Primary contact This main contact to call about project queries.
3. Invoice contact The main contact to send/address on project invoices.
4. ContactThe company contact name. Click on the contact name to open the contact record and see the phone or address details.
5. PersonnelThe person at the company contact to call about that type/category of queries. Click on the personnel name to open the personnel record and see the phone or address details.
6. PhoneThe phone number for the personnel. Click on the phone number and it will try to dial that number. It will either launch a internet phone application like Skype that is installed on a PC, or on a tablet or mobile/cell phone it will activate the default phone application on your device.
7. MobileThe mobile number for the personnel. Click on the mobile number and it will try to dial that number. It will either launch a internet phone application like Skype that is installed on a PC, or on a tablet or mobile/cell phone it will activate the default phone application on your device.
8. EmailThe email address for the personnel is shown. Click on the email address to start a new message to the personnel shown in your default email application.
