Open the Videos List by selecting your name/Gravatar image in the top toolbar, and then selecting Support. Within Support click the Videos button 
in the toolbar.
Training videos, webinar recordings, and webinar slides are available to view to learn more about how to use Synergy Practice Management. Click on the image on the right to watch the video now.
Videos List displays the items that are available to watch for the Synergy database license, and your user access level. The access to the videos is linked to the login account for Synergy Cloud Services. This video security ensures that you only see videos available for your Synergy product: Enterprise, Foundation or Xpress. In addition only the videos are shown for the functions relevant to your Synergy login access level, which limits the list to only display videos for functions you can access in the Cloud or Desktop applications.

Watch a video
Most videos are designed to be watched on any device - laptop or desktop computer, tablet or mobile phone devices. These videos are shown using a Vimeo player toolbar, or a SlideShare player toolbar.
A few videos were created in flash format, a label is shown in the list within the Description field to indicate that those videos can only be run on a device that supports flash (i.e. A windows PC with Flash installed).

Click on the images above to see how to make the video full screen. First is the Slideshare toolbar, second is powered by Vimeo.
Tips:
Search for a video
When a large amount of videos are displayed in the list, use the search box. Type a keyword to search for in the video name and description, and then press enter to run the search.
Tip: Return to viewing all videos after searching by deleting the keyword from the search box and pressing enter.
