Searching Synergy

The Search button is found by clicking the in the top toolbar, and selecting the 'Search' option. Or go to the Dashboard and type a keyword into the search box.

What is Search List?

Search looks up a keyword in all of the Synergy Contacts and Projects. When searching for Projects you can also look-up a Project Number. Select an item from the search results list to open and view the record.

Why use Search List?

Easily look up a keyword or project number in your Synergy database.

Actions Available

Look up a keyword

1. In the top toolbar click the button and select the 'Search' option.
2. In Search List, type a keyword to search for into the 'Search' box and press the 'Enter' key.
3. Projects and Contacts that contain the keyword are shown in the 'Search Results' list.
4. Click on a record to open it and view the details.

Tip: You can also lookup a Project by typing part of the 'project number'.

Submit another 'Search'

1. After submitting a search the keyword you search for will be shown in the 'Results' toolbar.
2. Delete the text from the 'Results Search' box.
3. Enter a new keyword to search for into the box and press the 'Enter' key.
4. The search results for the keyword in Projects and Contacts will be shown.
