Contact Projects Tab

Open Projects Tab by opening the contact from the list, and selecting the 'Projects Tab' from the tab menu in the top right corner of the Contact record. Or in the contact list view select the actions menu and choose the projects option.

What is the Contact Projects tab?

The Projects tab allows you to view all the Projects, that the Contacts or Personnel are linked to. Select a project number from the list, and the project details will open.

Why use the Contact Projects tab?

See which Projects that the Contact record is linked or working on at a glance.

Actions available

ClosedOpen the Project
  1. Click on the project number in the list you want to open in the list.
  2. The Project will open to the Project > General Tab.

Tip: You can also open the Project by clicking the Actions button on the row, and selecting 'Open Project' from the list.

Columns available

ClosedThe following columns are shown in the list
  1. Project NumberClosedThe project number the contact is linked to is displayed. Click the project number to open the project record and read the details.
  2. Reference NameClosedThe Project Reference Name is displayed.
  3. PersonnelClosedWhich personnel from this contact which is attached to the project is displayed.
  4. StatusClosedThe current project status is displayed.
