Open a contact from the list, and then select the 'Notes Tab' from the tab menu in the top right of the Contact record. Or in the contact list view select the actions menu and choose the notes option.
The Notes tab is available to record additional information about the contact. The Notes tab opens in list view displaying all existing notes entered against the Contact in the cloud app. Use the Notes Tab to enter details for a phone call or meeting with the contact that you need to review when back in the office using the desktop application.

Use the Notes tab to keep a record of client phone calls, and save extra details about the contact or the personnel who work for the contact.
